Assembly​

• Print and remove support material​​

• Sand inserts and cutouts​

• Using Gorilla 2-part epoxy,  join pieces and allow time to set​​

​

• Fill in gaps with Bondo All-Purpose putty​​

​

• Sand assembled components (40, 80, 240, 1000 grit sandpaper)​

​​

• Paint and prime pieces​

​

• Satin white finish​

​

• Satin black finish (top interior only)​

​​

• Place threaded heat inserts​

​​

• Bolt in an additional component
